Pentland Hills Drought

Pentland Hills, Edinburgh, Scotland – August 20 2018: Following a long hot summer across most of the UK, not much water remains in Threipmuir Reservoir in the Pentland Hills, near Edinburgh. This view is looking across part of the deeply cracked reservoir bed which would normally be under water.
